Tea tree oil often helps things that look like that. Just apply 3 drops every few hours for a day or two. And Happy Summer Solstice! 😀

Perhaps go see a dermatologist. Speaking as someone who suffers from stupidly odd skin conditions which amp up anytime I'm under stress -- and yes, ear creases are included in my portfolio, LOL -- I actually got some relief from this type of irritation after seeing the doctor's Physician's Assistant (the term here in the US) and never needed to see the doctor. She was a great help. Good luck, it's terribly irritating and often affects sleep quality.

Lavender for all things skin for me. I won’t send the list. However, “blood inside both ears” is not a phrase any doctor should ignore it seems. So maybe keep looking for a new doctor. And as health things are always worrisome, i hope it either goes away ( as things do) or you find a doctor who takes you seriously and can help.

I would try dabbing with witch hazel and then warm compression.

Jeff, I had to comment, I have a similar thing on my right ear, only it’s a perfect stripe of those bumps. But it’s been there since I was little! Can I share a pic here? I have experienced things that align with “targeted” persons.

I'm not a medical professional, but it looks like seborrheic dermatitis or something similar. I googled "what could cause a hot irritated itchy flaky spot behind my ear" and it was part of the AI Overview.
