Welcome to the Enrealment Method! In the coming months, we will engage in a process that invites you to look closely at your relationship with reality. Not in a conceptual sense, but in a highly personal sense. That is, what is the reality of YOU? What would a reality that deeply gratifies you look like and feel like? What is the sacred purpose—the callings, gifts and offerings— that you would bring forth into the world? What archetypes would influence your choice-making? Which of your parts would be integrated? Which would be released? Which of your personal connections would remain in your life? Which of them would you boundary or let go of? Which wounds and issues would you heal and transform? Which ones would you accept precisely as they are? What ways of being would you embrace? What ways of being would you shed? Why are you here in this lifetime?
This is a 42-week process. It is my hope that it serves your efforts to be more truly present for the REALITY of who you are, and why you are here. Not the conditioned or adapted version of you, but an experience of self that is rooted in your uniquely constituted nature. Think of the weekly exercises as an invitation to excavate and embody that which already lies in wait within you. A chance to step a little bit closer to wholeness with every exploration, every reflection, every realization. An opportunity to be supported on your quest to identify the paths you are here to walk, the lessons you are here to learn, and the callings you are here to embrace.
With this intention in mind, it is helpful if you make a genuine commitment to the process. Not in a way that feels oppressive, but in a way that keeps you going (and growing) to the end. Sometimes the fruits of our labor reveal themselves quickly. Sometimes they don’t reveal themselves until after a long gestation period. So stay with it, even if you find yourself feeling discouraged. At the same time, bypass or delay a process if it doesn’t feel quite right for you at a particular time. I am far more interested in sustainable transformation, than peak experiences that come crashing back to earth. After all, everyone’s pace of process is different. Some of us integrate learning quickly, others over a long period of time. And everyone’s circumstances are different as well. In the world we live in, many of us have so little space or time for the deeper work of transformation. It’s all most of us can do to get by and make it through in one piece. So be patient with yourself, and have faith in the possibilities that live within you.
We have a profound journey ahead of us. So let’s get to work setting the foundation, the template, the ground for us to work from. Let’s begin with the following exercises and inquiries…
