Greetings all,
In Trudeau's Kitchen is getting ready to meet the world, after a too-long gestation. It was ready long ago, but its creator was too overwhelmed and bewildered to bring it through. Perhaps that was somehow meant to be. The messenger had to find his feet (and find his God), before he could bring this baby into the world. After they abuse you, ruse you, and anti-Jews you, you have a choice. Either you find your inner Hu or you delay your expansion until the next life. After 54 months of techno-terror and inter-personal betrayal, I want it now.
I would like to say that most of the book is about the 'Trudeaus' but, honestly, they aren't that interesting. I am no more engaged by those who come by their fame on the back of a family name, than by those who live under the monarchistic delusion of rarified blood lines. What I am engaged by are those who earn their name in the sweatshops of traumatic overcoming, compelled by context and character to shape themselves into something remarkable. The latter never crave celebrity — they crave a callings-led life. They crave it because they know that they are here to bring their uniqueness into form. That's the pay-off for all that hard work. And that's the thing that saves them — and us. Simply put, if you are desperate for attention, you are usually unworthy of it. But if you get noticed because of what you made yourself into, then there's a very good chance that you will make a real difference. Rumi said it best, "Some people pick up their tools, others become the making itself." What a thing. To craft yourself anew again and again. That is a life well-lived.
One of the things that I have found most interesting is that many of the people who turned against or away from me during this nightmare—acquaintances, friends, colleagues—have suffered great losses thereafter: house fires and mould toxicity, strange cancers, car wrecks, unexpected deaths of pets and loved ones. I am under no illusion that I am manifesting this, but it does seem clearer by the day that this 4+ year long crucible was not merely a test of my character. It was a test of theirs, too. Most everyone who interfaces with it is blessed or cursed, depending on how they have chosen to respond to it. And let there be no doubt—you do get to choose. Make the whistle-blower’s life harder, or offer them some ease. Your choice, always.
If this book is about one thing, it is the human struggle to find the light in the darkest of places. The flying monkeys did everything they could to kill me, and here I am standing (relatively) tall. Not because I am some special person, but because I work well in the dark. I learned long ago that the more mud they sling, the more clay I bring. They just kept giving me stuff to work with. Once I found my footing, I went quietly to work, converting their mind-fuckery and misplaced aggression into an opportunity to heal our world. This story is not really about politics. It's about the choice we all make to make something from nothing. And its about what we need to do for each other in order to craft the world of divine possibility that is our collective birthright. Whistle-blowers cannot do it all alone. I survived, because I'm built strange. But most wouldn't have. They would have needed community support to make it this far.
It is my prayer that if this book does one good thing, it teaches us to co-create a world that honors and protects those audacious souls who challenge systemic abuses of power. Whistle-blowers are our liberators. No more looking away from them, no more gaslighting their stories, no more judging their disheveled states, no more putting time limits on their terror (‘Are you still stuck in that soup?’). Instead, stand beside them and support them as they fight for your life, too.
In Trudeau's Kitchen is currently available for pre-order at Trineday.com. Shipping within the US is reasonably priced. It is notably more expensive outside of the US, but I am told that right after it is shipped, the difference between what you paid and the actual shipping cost will be reimbursed by the Publisher's team. In addition, the book will be available in all the usual places shortly.
Media has already begun to reach out to me to arrange interviews for the autumn. One never knows how well a book will do, but that's a very good sign. (A very bad sign, atleast for me, is that I am told by a CIA Whistle-blower who is eagerly reading the book that I need to create an Index, because there are so many details that inter-relate. Oh, to not be a perfectionistic Virgo in the next life!). If you are in connection with any credible media outlets or individuals, feel free to have them connect with me at jeff@jeffbrown.co. There are so many 'in's' inside of this book. That is, so many points of entry that we can talk about and convert into something beneficial. In other words, the more conversations, the better. Send your people. I'll talk to them all.

The Enrealment Method, begins this autumn!
I have another vital course to share with you. Beginning September 17th, I will be re-launching my Enrealment Method Course at Soulshaping Institute. A 7-week on-line course that supports your journey to humanize and to deepen your spiritual life. To truly arrive here in embodied form, and to clarify the reasons why you are here. Guidance and inspiration for anyone ready to find and to walk their truest path in a distracting world.
The Enrealment Method is my home-grown and custom-made offering, from my direct lived-in experience. “What does it mean to be truly human?” is a question that threaded through my entire journey. I longed to find a way to be both present for my life and also to find my purpose at the heart of it. At first, they seemed like two different questions. Yet over time I came to find that they were inextricably linked, and often indistinguishable from each other. That is, the more present I became, the more access I had to my purpose(s) in this lifetime. And, the more able I was to live in the heart of my purpose, the more present I became. At some point, presence and purpose became the same lived experience.
I look forward to sharing this very human approach to spirituality with you—and providing some guidance, direction, tools and techniques that will make your journey a lot more gratifying. There is a path within you with your name on it. I believe that this method will help you to clarify it and prepare you to fully walk it. When we identify the paths we are here to walk and the gifts we are here to open, we explode into a world of unlimited vitality. Living authentically is the most gratifying adventure of all.
The course includes seven weekly audios, and valuable tools, techniques, exercises, and inquiries to support your most vibrant expression of authentic humanness. It also includes a zoom or phone session with me to help support your awakening journey. This empowering and supportive course meets you right where you are and walks beside you on your journey. If you long for a way of being that integrates all that you are with all that life is, please join me on this adventure in self-creation at the following link:
