HEALING LETTERS
Energized physical release is not the only way to clear emotional debris and arrive at more in the way of peace with path. As part of the healing process, it may serve you to write a letter to someone who has hurt you. You may not send it to them either because it isn’t necessary, or because they aren’t available or alive, but there is still much to be said for granting yourself permission to express—in the clearest words possible, and over as much time as you need—exactly what you feel and need to express.
