Back to the Beginning. The Beginner's Heart.

A short reading...

I forgot my heart for a long time. There was just too much happening. Some of that is by cultural design, some of it necessity, some of it patterns that accompanied me throughout life. Sadly, we often have to survive by our wits in this world. But then things happen that soften those edges, and we return to the beginning. That place of sensation and deep feeling, and not much else. It’s really rich and has a kind of eternal quality to it. I’ve been catapulted back there, for the first time in a long time. I used to say that I missed my heart when it closed, but then I forgot that too. Can you relate? Perhaps this reading from one of my books will help you re-member.

Treasure yourself.
