A SECOND CONVERSATION WITH IFS FOUNDER RICHARD SCHWARTZ
Join us on the Enrealment Hour Podcast!
Hi everyone! In this engaging follow-up conversation (Part 2/2), I dialogue with internal Family Systems (IFS) founder Richard Schwartz. This time, we go deeper into the meaningful distinction between a notion of unity consciousness (and non-duality) that is dissociated from the self, and one that we arrive at organically, as a result of doing the work to heal, honor and integrate the core self. And we explore the relationship between the soul and the self, our guides and our encoded directionality, the significant distinction between couples that belong together (soulmates) and couples that perhaps don’t (woundmates). I really loved this conversation. Available most everywhere you listen to podcasts. Here it is on Spotify:
To a healthy and inclusive integration of all of our parts!
Blessings to your Sunday, Jeff
Very timely. Today I was sharing with a well known astrologer some of my challenges I have faced in my life and how I use them to fuel my life’s purpose. I was looking for some incite from my natal chart and his response was to get therapy and don’t ask him for help. This shocked me. I guess he thinks we can’t have pain or grief and still be living our higher purpose.
Timely as always. What conttibution can my life experience be? So many gifts 🚑🇱🇧💫🔮
